1. General Logistics and Shipping Scope

OzForgePeps dispatches products from secure facilities to approved locations globally, provided that the distribution and importation of such research materials comply fully with the laws of the destination jurisdiction. We do not knowingly ship to regions where research peptides are explicitly banned or classified as restricted controlled substances without appropriate licensing.

2. Processing Timelines

3. Carriers, Delivery Methods, and Tracking

Customs Seizures and Regulations: The Customer is considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the products are received. If a package is delayed, rejected, or seized by customs authorities due to non-compliance with local importation laws, OzForgePeps is not liable, and refunds or reshipments will not be issued under these conditions.

5. Delivery Exceptions and Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated shipping windows, delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. OzForgePeps is not responsible for transit delays caused by:

Carrier network disruptions or sorting errors.
Severe weather conditions or environmental hazards.
Incorrect or incomplete address inputs provided by the Customer.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Pilfered Packages

Damaged Items: If your package arrives structurally compromised or products are broken, you must report the issue to our support email within [Insert Number, e.g., 48 hours] of delivery. You must provide clear photographic evidence of the external packaging, internal packaging, and the damaged items to facilitate a carrier claim.

7. Force Majeure

OzForgePeps shall not be held liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under this Shipping Policy that is caused by a Force Majeure Event. A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission, or accident beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, lock-outs, civil commotion, riots, terrorist attacks, war, fire, explosion, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, or breakdown of public or private telecommunications networks.
